Plant Maintenance Manager- HPDC- Sinnar - Nashik

As a Plant Maintenance Manager for our client, a manufacturer of Automotive and Industrial products, your role will involve troubleshooting all HPDC & Utility equipment, maintaining uptime of PDC Machines, handling hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and controlling power consumption. You will also be responsible for monitoring equipment inventory, placing orders when necessary, controlling maintenance budget, and ensuring the maintenance of plant buildings and service facilities such as DG set, stores, Security guard cabin, and machineries. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting of all HPDC & Utility equipment - Maintaining uptime of PDC Machines - Handling hydraulic and pneumatic equipment - Monitoring and controlling power consumption - Managing equipment inventory and procurement - Budget control for maintenance - Maintenance of plant buildings and service facilities - Increasing the time between failure of PDC machines (MTBF) - Reducing the time to repair of PDC machines (MTTR) - Minimizing breakdown time - Maintaining instruction manuals & manufacturing guidelines of machines - Meeting quality objectives and maintaining maintenance cost targets - Monitoring continuous improvement projects - Monitoring FO and electricity consumption and efficiency - Localisation of spares from imported to indigenous - Ensuring zero accidents in the department - Recording MTBF and MTTF - Hands-on experience with various equipment such as Extractors, Tower type furnace, Electrical holding furnace, shot blasting machines, and air compressor - Implementing Kaizen initiatives Qualification Required: - DME/ BE Mechanical Degree - 15 to 20 years of experience in Plant Maintenance - HPDC Note: The job is full-time and work location is in person.
