Key Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the HR function at the Plant. The individual will be responsible for managing the entire gamut of HR/IR/Admin activities at the Plant. Planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Ensure HR legal & statutory compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable Laws, maintaining records; Liaising with various Government, Statutory bodies and understanding local labour issues. To prepare annual Plant HR Budget in accordance with strategic business objectives of the company / Plant Ensure effective Industrial Relations is in place to avoid any downtime Accountable for administration and facility management Educational Qualifications And Experience: MBA in HR is preferable. Around 5-8 years experience in a Plant HR role in a Manufacturing set up. The individual must have managed IR in current or past roles and can handle discussions with unions. Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances. The individual must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
