Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Engineer to join our team at our manufacturing facility located in Sodepur,Madhyamgram. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the FMCG sector, with strong technical knowledge in machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Identify mechanical faults and carry out troubleshooting and repairs effectively.
• Collaborate with the production and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain proper records of machine maintenance and breakdown reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Proven expertise in handling and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to machine-related issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
