Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, hazard analysis, and HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment) to identify potential risks and implement controls. Develop and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), work permits, and other documentation related to plant operations. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PESO license, Factories Act, MPCB rules, etc. by conducting regular inspections and audits. Provide training on industrial safety practices to employees at all levels within the organization. Collaborate with management teams to develop policies and procedures for maintaining a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in EHS role from ceramic or chemical industry background. Strong knowledge of fire safety protocols, industrial safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.
