Planning Manager

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute and review projects with measurable outcomes and focus on achieving project goals as efficiently as possible. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met , deadlines are adhered to and customer expectations are exceeded.

1.Attend internal meetings to seek inputs on customer requirements, project execution timelines, resource requirements.

2.Assist project managers in planning , scheduling and coordinating SAF projects from initiation to completion.

3.Collaborate with internal teams , including engineering , procurement and installation to ensure seamless project execution.

4.Prepare detail project schedules in MSP,Primavera P6 . Establish and issue baseline projects schedule to all concerned functions in during sales handover for awarded contracts.

5.Monitor project progress , identify potential risks or obstacles and propose solutions to mitigate them.

6.Prepare project documentation , including project plans , progress reports and meeting minutes.

7.Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

8.Support project budget management by tracking expenses , verifying invoices and reporting variances.

9.Assist in conducting site visits , inspections to ensure quality standards and safetly regulations are met.

10.Communicate effectively with customers to provide project updates , address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

11.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and implementing best practices in project management .

12.Driving task closures & coordination with each disciplines against planed deadlines , update and evaluate the accuracy of the planned activities vs actual execution , Update and evaluate weekly ZeroD results and communicate to concerned team members.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Working knowledge and proficiency in MSP , Primevera software.

2.Resources Planning , Project Planning & Control

3.Document Management

4.PMP certification preferred.
