Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement production planning strategies to meet customer demands on time.
Plan material requirements, manage inventory levels, and optimize stockholding to minimize costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain operations and logistics management.
Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust production schedules accordingly.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-15 years of experience in Production Planning & Control (PPC), Material Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems and ability to analyze complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills for working effectively with stakeholders across various functions including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, etc.
