Job Description

As a Construction Planning Manager for Residential High-Rise Projects, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and scheduling of high-rise building projects. Your role will involve developing and managing detailed construction schedules using MS Project, coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, identifying potential delays and risks, and ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to align project timelines and optimize construction sequencing and logistics. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules for senior management, support procurement planning, and allocate resources based on project timelines. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, along with 5-12 years of experience in construction planning, particularly in residential high-rise projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) is mandatory, and familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera and AutoCAD is a plus. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred attributes include a PMP or similar project management certification, experience with reputed real estate developers or contractors, and knowledge of local regulations and construction practices in Gurgaon/NCR.
