Job Title: Planning Engineer – Maintenance Site

Location: Bellary, Karnataka
Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Planning Engineer to join our maintenance team at our site in Bellary, Karnataka. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating all maintenance-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Track and monitor maintenance progress and update schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate progress reports.
• Assist in planning for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Support the team in ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or project planning (preferably in industrial or plant sites).
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or Primavera.
• Good understanding of maintenance processes and planning techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
