Planning Engineer - Daman/Vapi/Valsad

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Valuation of current raw material & semi finished inventory and regularly keeping a track of it while devising methodologies for reduction of value based inventory.

2. Monthly submission of analysis report for current Valuation of inventory.

3. Consumption based inventory management.

4. Handling all Make & Buy decisions.

5. Managing just-in-time inventory while understanding the purchase lead time.

6. Collaborate with Eng. Dept. for updation of drawings and its impact on present and future inventory.

7. Discuss and find ways to standardise FG and component drawings to avoid duplication of items and FGs.

8. Defining min-max inventory levels and monitoring it on a regular basis

9. Running MRP data on a daily basis and monitoring inventory requirements based on past consumption records.

10. Identification of fast-moving FGs and forecasting of future consumption patterns.

11. Monthly submission of analysis for inventory holding, on time deliveries, CSI, quality issues,

12. Analysis of bottlenecks and its best possible solutions in order to improve the department efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
