An engineering graduate with 10 to 15 years of experience, in which at least 5 years handling project control / planning function in Hydrocarbon industry.

Developing a plan to complete the project, including defining work tasks, estimating resources, and identifying interactions between tasks
Prepare construction schedules & progress S-curve
Publish Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress reports & progress S-curves
Prepare construction look ahead plans• Oversee and track project progress
Implementing effective monitoring systems to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
Prepare Lag analysis and Catchup plan
Participate in weekly and monthly progress review meetings
Prepare and publish MOM/Record Notes and Action Taken Reports (ATR)
