Planning Engineer Civil

As a Project Scheduler, your main responsibility will be to develop, monitor, and update project schedules using MS Project or Primavera (P6). You will collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines are met. In addition, you will be tasked with preparing work breakdown structures (WBS), baseline schedules, and progress tracking reports. Your role will also involve analyzing project risks, delays, and deviations to provide effective mitigation strategies. You will be expected to prepare and present progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and resource planning to key stakeholders. Ensuring that project schedules align with contract requirements and company objectives will be crucial to the success of the projects. Furthermore, you will support budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting activities. Close coordination with procurement and execution teams will be necessary to track material and manpower availability for the projects. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in project scheduling, 6 years in civil engineering, and 5 years in project planning.
