Planning Engineer

Job Description

The Planning Engineer plays a crucial role in the precast industry, contributing to the efficient planning and execution of projects. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the successful completion of precast projects. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the precast industry, demonstrating strong expertise in planning, scheduling, and project management. Experience 7-10 years of experience in the precast industry Demonstrated expertise in planning, scheduling, and project management Proven track record of contributing to the successful completion of precast projects Roles and Responsibilities The Planning Engineer will be responsible for: Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation Collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies Monitoring project progress, identifying deviations from the plan, and implementing corrective measures as needed Utilizing project management tools and software to track and report on project performance Communicating project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior management Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes and best practices within the precast industry Education Qualification Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management (preferred) Certification required Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Primavera P6 certification (preferred) Note - If you are interested to be part of pre cast business of Adani Group - Bulidcast Solutions Private Limited- A JV Company of Adani Group at Navi Mumbai, Please share your CV at jugal.chauhan1@adani.com.
