Job Position- Planning & Billing Engineer Location- RAJNANDGAON Years of experience- 2-4 years Job summary Assist in the planning and billing processes for residential real estate projects, ensuring efficient project execution and accurate financial management. Key Responsibilities Billing Management : Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms. Cost Estimation : Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects. Project Scheduling : Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones. Invoice Verification : Verify contractor and supplier invoices against project budgets and actual work completed to ensure accurate billing. Progress Tracking : Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from planned schedules and budgets. Software Proficiency : MS-Office, Tally Key Requirements Experience : 2-4 years of experience in planning and billing within the real estate or construction industry. Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field such as Construction Management. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and billing details. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
