Maintain billing records, measurement books (MB), and certified invoices.
Liaise with the site team for accurate quantification and documentation.
Coordinate with the finance and commercial teams for timely payments.
Assist in rate analysis and cost verification for extra items.
Making a turnover sheet
Preparing a CLC Sheet.
Making Cost comparisons
Planning and Scheduling of the works
Planning of resources according to site requirements.
Daily DPR and Planning sheet to be shared with HOD and MDO.
Chasing for payment with Customers.
