Planning and Billing engineer

We are looking for a Planning & Billing Engineer with prior experience in subcontractor management, vendor billing, and construction planning. The role involves preparing and verifying subcontractor/vendor bills, tracking work progress, and ensuring timely execution of projects. The candidate should be skilled in planning and scheduling work on a daily, weekly, monthly, and overall basis, coordinating with site teams, and maintaining accurate records for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, check, and process subcontractor and vendor bills.
• Plan and monitor project execution schedules (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Track work progress and align it with project timelines.
• Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and subcontractors for smooth workflow.
• Maintain billing documentation, reports, and MIS for management review.
• Support cost control and resource planning for effective execution.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering (or relevant field).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in planning & billing.
• Strong knowledge of subcontractor/vendor billing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
