Placements officer NGO (NGO -Skilling Project )

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placements Officer at Vipla Foundation's Skilling Project, located in Mira Bhayandar. The Placements Officer will manage campus placements, facilitate career counseling sessions, coordinate training programs, and provide education support. The officer will be expected to build relationships with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, employers, and students, to ensure successful placements and career development opportunities for the attendees of the skilling project.

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Training skills
• Background in Education and mentoring students
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the NGO sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
