Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placements Officer at Vipla Foundation. The Placements Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, conducting career counseling sessions, and managing training programs. Additionally, the officer will work closely with educational institutions and corporate partners to ensure successful placements for students. This role is based in Mira Bhayandar and Turbhe Navi Mumbai

Qualifications

• Experience in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficiency in conducting Training programs
• Strong background in Education
• Ability to work collaboratively with educational institutions and corporate partners
• Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
