Position: Placement Officer

Location: Thrissur

Key Responsibitites:

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and organizations within the digital marketing industry.
• Identify and secure internship and job placement opportunities for students.
• Provide career counseling and guidance to students regarding job opportunities, resume building, interview preparation, and career development.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.
• Assist students in developing effective resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed.
• Coordinate all aspects of the placement process, including scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
• Maintain a database of employers, job opportunities, and student placements.
• Track and report on placement statistics and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with alumni to facilitate networking and mentorship opportunities for current students.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Experience: Freshers or experienced.

Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm

Salary: 15k - 20k
