IILM University is inviting applications for the role of Placement Managers across its leading Schools: Management (MBA/BBA), Computer Science, Engineering, Law, and Psychology.

• Build and nurture strong industry relations to facilitate internships, campus recruitment, and final placements for students in your chosen discipline.
• Proactively network with top firms, institutions, and organizations relevant to each school, organizing career workshops and placement drives.
• Guide students in resume-building, interview preparation, and connect them with opportunities matching their career goals.
• Prior experience in placements, recruitment, or career services within academia or industry is preferred.
