Job Description

As a Full-time employee, you will be responsible for various aspects related to Public Relations and Placement/Recruitment within the organization. Your primary duties will include developing and executing PR strategies and campaigns to enhance the organization's image and reputation. This will involve managing media relations, including press releases, media kits, and responding to media inquiries. Additionally, you will be in charge of organizing and coordinating PR events such as press conferences and media briefings. It will be your responsibility to monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on the organization. You will work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging and manage crisis communication during reputational issues. You will also be involved in the development and implementation of strategies for talent acquisition and placement. This will include managing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates. Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources will be crucial, along with ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the placement process. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and facilitate successful placements will also be part of your role. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, you will be required to develop and manage budgets for PR and placement activities. Tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of PR and placement initiatives will also be an essential part of your job. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in both PR and recruitment and collaborating with other departments to support overall organizational goals will be expected from you. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent writing and editing abilities, and a proven track record in developing and executing PR strategies. Experience in media relations, event management, recruitment processes, and talent acquisition strategies will be advantageous. Strong organizational and project management skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in relevant software and tools are also essential for this position.,
