Placement Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced Placement Counsellor with 2–5 years of proven expertise in student/candidate placements, career counselling, and corporate relations. The role involves guiding students/job seekers in career choices, preparing them for interviews, and building strong industry connections for successful placements.

Responsibilities:

• Counsel candidates on career paths and job opportunities.
• Conduct mock interviews, resume sessions, and career workshops.
• Build & maintain relationships with recruiters and companies.
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Track and report placement activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication, networking, and counselling skills.
• Proven track record in placements/career counselling.
