As a Placement Coordinator/Manager at ITM Group of Institutions located in Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in managing placements for Undergraduate (UG) Programs. Your responsibilities will include driving campus placements for undergraduate students, establishing and nurturing relationships with leading companies, and achieving placement targets for final placements, internships, and Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs). You will be responsible for strategizing and executing placement efforts for UG students across various streams, ensuring successful job offers and internships. Building and maintaining strong relationships with over 500 companies, including HR Heads, TA Managers, and CXOs, will be a key aspect of your role to create opportunities for UG students. Your role will involve organizing and coordinating all aspects of on-campus and virtual placement drives, facilitating corporate engagement through guest lectures, workshops, and events, and enhancing student readiness through soft skills training, interview preparation, and grooming sessions. Maintaining accurate placement records, offer letters, and audit-related documentation will be essential to ensure data and compliance standards are met. Additionally, leveraging alumni networks to generate placement leads and mentoring opportunities will be part of your responsibilities.
