Building and maintaining strong relationships with over 500 companies, including HR Heads, TA Managers, and CXOs, will be a key aspect of your role to create opportunities for UG students. Your role will involve organizing and coordinating all aspects of on-campus and virtual placement drives, facilitating corporate engagement through guest lectures, workshops, and events, and enhancing student readiness through soft skills training, interview preparation, and grooming sessions. Maintaining accurate placement records, offer letters, and audit-related documentation will be essential to ensure data and compliance standards are met. Additionally, leveraging alumni networks to generate placement leads and mentoring opportunities will be part of your responsibilities.
