Placement Coordinator

As a Placement Coordinator at Unicus Learning, you will be responsible for managing and driving placement outcomes for learners in the Data Science and AI domains. Your expertise in the EdTech industry and strong industry connections will be crucial in ensuring successful placements for our students. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and companies in Data Science, Analytics, and AI domains. - Drive end-to-end placement processes for Unicus learners from profile preparation to interview scheduling and final conversions. - Track, report, and improve placement metrics and learner outcomes. - Collaborate with the academic and operations teams to align student readiness with employer requirements. - Organize mock interviews, placement drives, and career guidance sessions. Required Experience: - 2-3 years of experience working as a Placement Coordinator or in a similar role within the EdTech industry. - Proven record of successfully placing candidates in Data Science, Data Analytics, and AI/ML roles. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Strong networking ability with corporate HRs and industry partners.
