Job Title: Placement Coordinator Location: Kochi About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic Placement Coordinator to drive student job placements in our EdTech programs. You'll connect learners with hiring partners, support them through the recruitment process, and ensure strong placement outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate job placements and student-employer interactions Support students with resume reviews, mock interviews & career prep Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring partners Track placement data and generate reports Organize virtual/in-person recruitment drives and career sessions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any stream 1–3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, or EdTech Strong communication & organizational skills Familiarity with hiring trends and career support tools Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): Are you a immediate joiner ?
