Placement Coordinator- Fresher

Job Description: You will be responsible for: - Mapping clients and securing open vacancies and On the Job Training (OJT) opportunities for undergraduate, graduate students, and postgraduates. - Providing counseling to students and preparing them for interviews with clients. - Conducting visits to centers and partners to ensure orientation programs are conducted for all enrolled students. - Continuously identifying new job openings and expanding the employer base. - Ensuring the placement of all students enrolled in affiliated universities for our Apprenticeship embedded degree program. - Facilitating the OJT for all selected students and ensuring the collection of OJT/Offer letters and OJT Completion letters from clients in a timely manner. - Achieving placement and revenue targets. - Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation, and interviews (phone and in-person). Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Proven experience in client management and placement services. - Strong communication and counseling skills. - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of the education and skilling sector is preferred.,
