Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: A-52, Sector 16, Noida

Experience- 0-2 Years

Working Days & Timing: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday), 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and build tie-ups with companies hiring for IT technologies (Data Science, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Full Stack, etc.).
• Maintain regular communication with corporate HRs and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
• Organize and coordinate campus placement drives at Ducat branches.
• Maintain relationships with companies to ensure repeat placement opportunities.
• Create and manage a placement database of students and employers.
• Work closely with students to align them with available opportunities.
• Coordinate with the academic/training team to ensure student readiness for interviews.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong networking and communication skills may also apply).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of IT industry requirements and job roles (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle end-to-end placement activities independently.
