Job Description

We are looking for a Pitch & Marketing Specialist with a strong background in marketing, business development, and managing client pitches and proposals. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring someone who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders, manage content, and oversee design resources to produce visually appealing pitch materials that align with the brand. As a Pitch & Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the pitch process from start to finish, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality. You will provide creative direction to design teams and external agencies, maintaining brand consistency and visual impact in all pitch materials. When necessary, you will also be involved in creating brand-aligned documents and presentations using PowerPoint. In addition to content development and visual storytelling, collaboration and stakeholder management are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with Australian leadership, design teams, and technical experts across different time zones to deliver exceptional client-facing materials. Quality control and process improvement are also important responsibilities to ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all pitch documents. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in marketing, bids, proposals, or business development in professional services or corporate sectors. A creative mindset and strong PowerPoint skills are essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior leaders. Project management skills, attention to detail, and a deadline-focused approach are also important qualities for success in this role.
