Piping Engineer

Description

We are seeking a skilled Piping Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and analysis of piping systems, ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze piping systems for various projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct stress analysis and ensure system integrity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Review and approve vendor drawings and documents
• Troubleshoot and resolve piping-related issues during construction and operation
• Participate in project planning and scheduling activities

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in piping design and engineering
• Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar
• Strong knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and other relevant codes and standards
• Experience with stress analysis tools like CAESAR II or similar
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with construction practices and project management
