Pipe Stress Engineer - 1C

Job Requirements

1. Should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Piping Stress Analysis (Static and Dynamic) with Detailed Design in Pipe Engineering from Accessory systems of Power Plant projects
2. Should have excellent experience in pipe stress Analysis Tools like AutoPIPE and CAESAR II and also Reviewing 3D Tools like NAVISWORKS , NX-UG
3. Should have Experience in ASME CODE & STANDARDS
4. Should have good experience in Selection of Supports in Analysis
5. Should be able to understand the ITO inputs (Inquiry to Order) Technical Proposal
6. Should have very good experience in OTR (Order to Remittance) deliverables
7. Should have extensive experience in understanding of Schematics (P&ID) and in Device summary settings for Gas Turbine Accessories Systems. (e. g. Air systems - Inlet Bleed Heating, Cooling & Sealing Air, Fuel Systems (Liquid + Gas), Oil Systems and Water Systems
8. Should have very good experience in Piping , Tubing and all associated fittings, Valves and also Plant layout drawings (GA, Plot Plan)
9. Should have experience in developing new Arrangement (or ISOMETRIC ) drawings & BOM in line with P&ID Schematics Layout
10. Should have very good experience in reviewing and understanding of Supplier/Vendor (Client) Drawings.
11. Should have demonstrated ownership & decision-making of the design, considering cost, feasibility in manufacturing and fabrication.
12. Should have served as primary interface with customers and have demonstrated the implementation of design requirements, design changes, analysis, and verification of the each task.
13. Planning the tasks, executing and delivering on time, with cost effective and quality.
14. Should have excellent Coordination skills with Cross-Functional Teams such as GE Customers (Tech Leads, Chief Engineers), Suppliers, CCB Team, Configuration Team, Electrical Team etc.
15. Engineers should have confidence with autonomy to deliver as work package is critical
16. GTCC PLM ( ENOVIA ) CO/CA/CHGI Process experience also will be added as advantage.
