Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead safe, engaging, and effective Pilates sessions (mat and/or equipment-based) for individuals or groups. Demonstrate proper techniques, breathing methods, and modifications to accommodate participants of all levels. Develop tailored class plans to meet the needs of beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants. Monitor and assist participants to ensure correct posture and alignment. Inspire and motivate clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and equipment care. Engage with clients before and after classes to build strong relationships and a welcoming environment. Stay updated with current Pilates trends, techniques, and certifications. Collaborate with other fitness and wellness staff to promote integrated health programs. Qualifications & Skills Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat, Reformer, or Comprehensive certification from a recognized training body). Previous experience teaching group classes or private sessions (preferred). Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups. Professional, punctual, and dedicated to continuous learning. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred). Working Conditions:Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays based on class schedules. Physical role requiring demonstration of exercises and prolonged standing.
