Picker/Packer

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Picker Packer & Retail Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling order packing, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers in the retail space. This is a dual role involving both warehouse and customer-facing retail responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:Picker/Packer Duties:

• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Check quality and quantity of products before packing.
• Assist in stock checking, inventory updates, and shelf restocking.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders with minimal errors.

Retail Sales Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in-store.
• Explain product features, offers, and recommendations.
• Handle billing, returns, and exchanges professionally.
• Maintain attractive product displays and cleanliness in the retail area.
• Support online order queries and basic customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
• Basic computer and mobile handling skills.
• Ability to lift light to medium packages.
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.
