Picker/Packer

Job Summary

The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring all products are packed securely and labeled correctly. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and delivering high-quality service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves or storage locations according to order lists or pick sheets
• Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and barcodes
• Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or scanners (if required)
• Track and update inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse systems
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times
• Assist in loading/unloading shipments as needed
• Support general warehouse duties such as restocking, sorting, or quality checks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience (a plus but not required)
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
