Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Picker Packer role located in Panama City. The Picker Packer will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing customer orders, ensuring all products are handled with care to maintain their quality. In this role, you will manage inventory, confirm order accuracy, and prepare items for delivery in a timely and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining organization within the storage area and assisting with incoming stock management. Ensuring health and safety compliance within the workspace is also a key element of the role.

Qualifications

Experience in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment for extended periods.
Capability to lift and handle items as needed, following safe handling protocols.
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Previous experience in warehousing or fulfillment centers is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification is beneficial.
