Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Physiotherapist based in Mandvi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Physiotherapist will assess patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapy to address mobility issues, pain, and overall physical health. The role involves conducting therapeutic exercises, guiding patients in rehabilitation, and documenting progress. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and educating patients about continuing care and prevention strategies are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in physical therapy techniques, rehabilitation planning, and therapeutic exercise implementation
• Knowledge in human anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention
• Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in record-keeping, progress monitoring, and report generation
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
• State licensure or registration as a Physiotherapist
• Experience or willingness to work within a nature-based wellness approach is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a compassionate approach to patient care
