Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessment and diagnosis of patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on medical evaluations.
• Perform manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Guide patients through mobility and strengthening exercises using modern equipment.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the therapy department.
• Participate in rehabilitation and wellness programs promoted by the hospital.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT).
• Minimum 2–4 years of clinical experience (hospital or rehabilitation center).
• Prometric / Dataflow / MOH Oman License or willingness to process.
• Strong expertise in orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, or geriatric physiotherapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.
