Responsibilities

• Physiotherapy treatments

  – Plan and conduct treatments aimed at relieving pain, improving mobility, and promoting movement.

• Individual therapy plans

  – Develop customized treatment plans based on diagnosis, physical condition, and the personal goals of patients.

• Diagnostics and progress assessments

  – Carry out initial assessments and regularly evaluate progress to adjust therapy as needed.

• Exercise instruction

  – Teach patients exercises and self-training methods to support their recovery.

• Therapy counseling and education

  – Educate patients about the healing process, therapy effects, and which movements or activities to avoid.

• Documentation and reporting

  – Keep detailed records of treatment progress and patient status; prepare therapy reports for physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Completed

  physiotherapy education or degree

  obtained abroad
• Willingness to undergo

  qualification recognition

  in Germany (support provided)
• Interest in a structured introduction to

  German standards and procedures

• Basic

  German language skills (minimum B1/B2)

  and willingness to improve further
• Motivation for

  intercultural cooperation

  and adaptability
