Physics Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons as per CBSE guidelines.
  
• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the curriculum program and reflect the school's vision.
  
• Prepare students for CBSE board exams with regular assessments, practice papers, and revision sessions.
  
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages questioning, collaboration, and critical thinking.
  
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods, tools, and technology to accommodate different learning styles.
  
• Conduct practical lab sessions safely and effectively, ensuring students understand scientific procedures and principles.
  
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and faculty meetings.
  
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in Physics and CBSE policies.
  
• Provide individual support to students as needed, including remedial and enrichment sessions.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Sc / M.Sc in Physics or a related field.

• Professional Qualification:

  B.Ed (mandatory as per CBSE norms).

• Experience:

  Minimum 2 to 7 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.

• Language Proficiency:

  Excellent communication skills in English.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficient in using digital teaching tools (smart boards, Google Classroom, etc.).
