Job Description

We’re Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 3 years of teaching Physics, preferably with international students
Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of
CCSS and/or IGCSE Physics (Grades 9–12)
Skills:
Strong communication, interactive and student-friendly teaching style
Tech Setup:
Laptop, pen tablet, and a reliable high-speed internet connection
Availability:
At least 4 teaching hours daily between
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST\

Roles & Responsibilities:

Conduct
1:1 live Physics classes
(CCSS & IGCSE curricula)
Assist students with assignments, projects, and exam preparation
Deliver trial/demo sessions and convert them into paid enrollments
Track and report student progress regularly

Commitment & Schedule:

Minimum
24 hours per week (6 days a week)
Working hours:
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST
Additional flexibility during exam periods is preferred

Training & Onboarding:

Selected tutors will participate in Mentor Match’s training program, covering:

Effective demo and paid class delivery
Use of our
Learning Management System (LMS)
Online teaching best practices
Student progress monitoring and reporting
