Job Title: Physics and Mathematics Teacher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physics and Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge in both disciplines and a commitment to delivering engaging, student-centered lessons. The teacher will prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning and help students achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans in Physics and Mathematics aligned with curriculum standards.
• Teach concepts ranging from basic algebra and geometry to calculus and advanced physics (mechanics, electricity, etc.).
• Assess students’ progress through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment that supports inquiry-based learning.
• Use various teaching methods (digital tools, practical experiments, simulations) to reach diverse learning styles.
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate student records.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development.
• Support students with academic counseling and mentorship as needed.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physics, Mathematics, or Education (with relevant specialization).
• Valid teaching certification/license (as required by region or country).
• Proven teaching experience in Physics and Mathematics (Secondary or Higher Secondary preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international curricula (e.g., IGCSE, IB, AP, A-Level).
• Familiarity with teaching platforms.
• Background in educational psychology or special education is a plus.

Compensation:

• Upto 25k with accomodation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,337.98 - ₹57,971.01 per month
