Physical Security Device Testing

Role Overview: As a Physical Security Device Testing professional in the offshore role, you will be expected to have a good experience in Physical security device Testing at on-site. Your primary responsibility will be to review the Testing plans of Genetec, identify gaps in their Testing approach, and assist RSA in evaluating necessary Testing for broader implementations scheduled across the globe. Key Responsibilities: - Must have excellent soft skills, specifically strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. - Perform hardware commissioning of Genetec hardware/panels. - Conduct hardware testing in lab scenarios and production sites to ensure smooth handover to service teams. - Perform routine inspections as part of preventive maintenance activities to ensure all hardware is functioning properly. - Perform hardware troubleshooting to fix issues at controller and field level door accessories. - Handle Genetec PACS software to ensure proper functioning of CCTVs, DSR Temperature monitors, controllers, doors, and related accessories. - Work with Genetec Security Center. - Test and verify current and released versions of the Genetec product. - Setup and commission several sites with GENETEC hardware/Security devices. - Solve access issues at the ground level during commissioning activities. - Actively participate in the hardware and software commissioning of Genetec Physical Security Platform and Security dashboards.
