Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Physical Education Manager to join our team. The Physical Education Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing our PE programs, ensuring the safe and professional handling of children, and leading a team of PE staff. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sports education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of PE Programs: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive physical education programs tailored to the needs of each partner school.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of PE staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Safety and Professionalism: Ensure the safe and professional management of children during all sports activities, adhering to the highest standards of child protection and welfare.
• Sport Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sports curriculum, promoting the physical, cognitive, and emotional development of students.
• High-Intensity Training: Participate in and lead high-intensity training sessions under the company’s development program to continuously improve and evolve.
• Commitment: Demonstrate full commitment to the company’s mission and cause, working diligently to promote Sportivate’s vision of comprehensive sports education.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing physical education programs and teams, preferably in an educational context.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent grasp of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in managing children safely and professionally.
• Deep understanding of sport development and the ability to innovate within the curriculum.
• Willingness to undergo high-intensity training and continuous professional development.
• Strong commitment to the company’s mission and cause.
