PHP Laravel Developer Intern

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated PHP/Laravel Developer Intern to join our development team. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

As an intern, you will work closely with senior developers, gain real-world development experience, and contribute to live projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and Laravel
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Work with MySQL databases and perform basic CRUD operations
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI elements
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings
• Learn and follow best coding practices and project workflows

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with MySQL or other relational databases
• Basic knowledge of MVC architecture
• Understanding of Git/GitHub is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and improve technical skills
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with REST APIs
• Familiarity with Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or jQuery
• Knowledge of OOP concepts
• Previous internship, academic project, or personal project in Laravel
