Responsibilities:

• Develop an understanding of the organization's business processes and identify areas of improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define software requirements and system architecture
• Design, develop, and maintain user-centric web applications and internal tools
• Build dashboards, workflow engines, and REST APIs
• Implement robust data models and ensure seamless integration with third-party systems
• Maintain clean, scalable, and secure codebases with version control
• Support deployment and testing phases, including UAT
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Conduct training for business users and provide support on day-to-day issues /challenges
• Continuously improve system performance and user experience

Qualifications:

• 14 years of full-stack development experience (Fresh graduates with a passion for learning also welcome)
• Proficiency in PHP, front-end (React) and back-end (Node.js/Express.js/Next.js) frameworks
• Strong understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) preferred
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern dev workflows
• Understanding of SFTP & SSO integrations with other platforms
• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or a related field like BCA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a startup environment with dynamic priorities

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or HR tech systems
• Worked on nonprofit or impact-driven platforms or manufacturing companies.
• Contributions to open-source projects
