Job Description

PHP Developer

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of complex PHP-based applications
Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
Design scalable architectures and integrate APIs/services
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams for seamless delivery
Stay current with emerging PHP frameworks, tools, and industry trends
Drive sprint planning, estimations, and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Experience

8–12 years of professional PHP development experience
Hands-on expertise with
PHP, Laravel / Symfony (or equivalent frameworks)
Strong understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
, and responsive front-end integration
Experience with
RESTful APIs, Microservices
, and third-party integrations
Solid knowledge of
MySQL / NoSQL databases
and query optimization
Exposure to
DevOps tools
like CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Proven track record in leading and mentoring development teams
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
