Job Overview:

We are looking for talented and passionate Full Stack Developers with 2+ and 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should be proficient in modern web technologies, backend systems, and cloud services, with a strong foundation in scalable architecture and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end components.
• Work across the full stack frontend, backend, databases, infrastructure.
• Develop RESTful APIs using Laravel / Lumen / Node.js.
• Build dynamic web interfaces using Angular / Next.js / Tailwind CSS.
• Integrate with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Manage application caching using Redis.
• Handle messaging queues like RabbitMQ.
• Manage processes using Supervisor and PM2 (Cluster Mode).
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Work with S3, CDN services for storage and content delivery.
• Use Git for version control and participate in CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design and development tasks.
• Write clean, scalable, testable code.
• Optional/Nice-to-Have: Contribute to projects using GoLang and Python.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• For 2+ years: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
• For 3+ years: Minimum 3 years with strong project ownership and architecture knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
