What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates to join us as a part of our Technology team as PHP Laravel Developer.

Total Experience range?

3 to 5 years of experience of experience in Java development.

Role Summary:

Build, maintain, and optimize Laravel-based backend services and REST APIs.

Work across modules:

authentication, routing, queues, jobs, caching, and integrations.

Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver features on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable Laravel applications and microservices. Implement RESTful APIs, request validation, middleware, policies, and guards.

Write Eloquent models, repositories, and optimize complex queries.

Build queued jobs, events/listeners, schedulers (cron), notifications, and mailers.

Integrate external services (AWS S3, RDS, SES, Redis, third- party APIs). Ensure security (OWASP best practices), input sanitization, and role-based access control.

Improve performance via caching, indexing, pagination, and query optimization.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, profiling, and documentation.

Required Skills:

3-5 years in PHP (7/8) with solid Laravel (8/9/10) experience.

Strong MySQL/PostgreSQL, schema design, migrations, indexing. Eloquent ORM, Query Builder, relationships, scopes.

API development (REST), JSON, API versioning, Swagger/OpenAPI. Caching (Redis), queues (Redis/SQS), jobs and workers. Authentication/Authorization (Passport/Sanctum/JWT).

Git, branching workflows; CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps).

Basic Docker and environment configuration (.env), multi- env deployments.

Nice to Have:

AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SES, Secrets Manager), Terraform basics.

Frontend familiarity (React, Blade).

Message brokers (SQS/RabbitMQ/Kafka) and microservices.

Domain- driven design, repository/service patterns.

Education:

Bachelors in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

Soft Skills:

Clear communication, problem solving, ownership, and collaborative mindset.

Ability to estimate, prioritize, and deliver in sprints
