Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP (Core/Laravel) + WordPress & Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining web applications using PHP, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopify. You will work closely with the design and product teams to deliver high-quality web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom PHP applications using Laravel for backend development.
• Design, build, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Customize and optimize Shopify themes and integrate third-party apps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and front-end development.
• Work on database architecture, migrations, and performance optimization.
• Integrate third-party APIs into WordPress and Shopify sites.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Ensure the quality, security, and performance of web applications.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in PHP (Core) and Laravel framework.

• Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.

• In-depth knowledge of Shopify, including theme customization and app integration.

• Solid understanding of front-end technologies:

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.

• Experience with database management using MySQL/MariaDB.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (Scrum).

• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Shopify Plus and advanced eCommerce features.
