Aside from running reticle data through correction, the team will also be expected to develop processes, automated verifications, and systems to support OPC processing. Working in Micron’s MaskTech department, OPC Engineers collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Process Integration, Mask Development, Scribe, Lithography, Tapeout Operations, Mask Shop and Fab. Your responsibilities will encompass interaction with a broad range of teams to ensure inputs and outputs to the tapeout process are accurate and of the highest quality.
