Position Overview:
Pitambra Film & Production is looking for a skilled and creative Photographer to capture high-quality visuals for fashion shoots, music videos, portfolios, events, brand campaigns, and production projects. The ideal candidate must have strong command over DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, composition, and editing to bring our creative vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture professional photos for fashion, commercial shoots, model portfolios, events, and film production.
• Operate advanced DSLR/Mirrorless cameras (Canon/Sony/Nikon/Fujifilm) with expert knowledge of settings and modes.
• Select appropriate lenses based on shoot type (portrait, product, wide-angle, telephoto).
• Manage lighting setups including softboxes, reflectors, flashes, LED lights, and natural lighting techniques.
• Shoot in both studio and outdoor locations as per creative direction.
• Work closely with models, stylists, makeup artists, creative directors, and the production team.
• Execute shoot concepts according to project briefs and deliver visually appealing output.
• Edit and color-correct images using Lightroom, Photoshop, or Capture One.
• Maintain and organise all photo files, including backups and timely delivery.
• Ensure all camera equipment is well-maintained, charged, and ready before every shoot.
• Stay updated with the latest camera technology, lenses, lighting gear, and photography trends.

Camera & Technical Expertise (Mandatory):

• Strong command over ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed, White Balance, Focus Modes.
• Experience shooting in Manual Mode and handling complex lighting conditions.
• Ability to shoot in RAW and work with high-resolution files.
• Knowledge of composition, color theory, symmetry, and creative framing.
• Experience with multiple lenses for fashion, portrait, and product photography.
• Basic camera maintenance: lens cleaning, gear care, sensor awareness.

Preferred Skills:

• Creative vision and ability to interpret brand/production requirements.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and visual balance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly on set.
• Previous experience in fashion shoots, production houses, or media agencies is a plus.

Work Environment at Pitambra Film & Production:

• Fast-paced shoots, studio setups, outdoor locations, and production environments.
• Close collaboration with the production, styling, and creative teams.
• May require travel, weekend shoots, and flexible working hours depending on projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Photographer in fashion/production is preferred.
• Strong grip on lighting and camera handling is mandatory.
• Knowledge of editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Capture One).
• A portfolio demonstrating previous work (required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
